YS members get NOK 7.5 more per hour, those on low wages get NOK 11.5 or NOK 10.5, depending on whether they have local bargaining rights or not. YS leader Hans-Erik Skjæggerud says he is happy that NHO came to meet YS, and that the strike is now over.
