It was Dagbladet that first reported this. Martine Magnussen’s father, Odd Petter Magnussen, confirms to news that he has received an e-mail from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs about the arrest warrant. Shortly after the murder in London, Abdulhak fled London to Yemen. The UK has no extradition treaty with the country.
