The young people had been on a shopping trip in Sweden when the police wanted to stop them at Sarpsborg. Three different police patrols and a police helicopter were involved, but the police denied that it was a lengthy police chase. The special unit has investigated the police&#8217;s handling in the run-up to the accident.
