The health platform has discovered a new error which has led to 291 patients in Helse M\u00f8re og Romsdal not being seen further. Several of the patients have not been seen on waiting lists for further follow-up, they write themselves. The error was discovered on Friday 25 October. – This should not happen. We regret that there has not been a good enough system to follow up the deviation. We will now conduct a review of internal processes and operating routines to see how we can avoid this happening in the future, says Siri Berg, Acting Managing Director of Helseplattforma AS. They are in the process of investigating the error in the journal solution.
