It is known that the accused man in his 40s has a long history from psychiatry.  The man has been taken care of by the healthcare system after the incident.  &#8211; There has apparently been an ongoing and fairly constant contact with the healthcare system ever since he first came into contact with them more than 20 years ago, says Bj\u00f8rnsen.  It was a married couple in their 80s who were stabbed to death in their home in Otta on Monday evening.  They lived near the accused man, but are not related to him.
