On Thursday, the danger warning will be extended to also include Oslo. A lot of rain is expected in southern Norway during the night to Friday, and already on Wednesday the Meteorological Institute issued a yellow warning for torrential rain in Agder, Telemark, Vestfold, Buskerud and parts of Western Norway south of Stad. Here, it is expected that more than 20 millimeters of rain per hour may fall locally. On Thursday morning, duty meteorologist Elbj\u00f8rg Moxnes confirms to NTB that they will extend the danger warning further, and confirms that the warning will be extended to include Oslo. Parts of \u00d8stfold and Innlandet south of Mj\u00f8sa may also be covered by the warning, but it is not yet completely clear which areas this applies to.
