Both have been taken to hospital.  &#8211; There are parts from the car all over the place.  The car has ended up on its roof far out in a field, and there are many indications of high speed, says operations manager Ottar Steinst\u00f8 in the South-East police district.  The police received the report about the accident at 9.46pm &#8211; The road is blocked in both directions and it appears to be a serious accident, says Steinst\u00f8.  According to the police, there are traffic problems at the site.
