It is therefore crucial that the state quickly secures the necessary additional area for both sites, says S\u00e1mi Parliament President Silje K. Muotka.  On Wednesday, it became known that the reindeer husbandry organization Nord-Fosen sijte has reached an agreement with Roan vind.  The agreement means that none of the disputed wind turbines will be removed, but that Nord-Fosen sijte will get an additional area they can use for winter grazing.  Correction: In an earlier edition, where news quoted NTB, the president of the S\u00e1mi Parliament was quoted as saying that the agreement concluded &#8220;puts an end to human rights violations&#8221;.  That was wrong.
