This imprisonment expires today. – My client has been patient and let the police investigate in peace, but since August we have been working for his release. The evidence against my client has not been strengthened since the arrest and does not support any charges. It was therefore time to release now, says the man’s defender \u00d8yvind Bratlien to news. Gold coins news has previously written that the police found gold coins in the man’s home. A new shirt and a SIM card were also found. This is among the evidence the police have against the 36-year-old, who is charged with complicity in the terror attack on 25 June. It was in a cupboard that the police found a brand new shirt. Inside the shirt were several tubes of gold coins. The street value of the coins was over NOK 100,000. 44-year-old Zaniar Matapour, who was arrested in the street after the shooting, was recently charged with aggravated terrorism. The section for which he is charged has a maximum penalty of 30 years. The trial starts in March next year. There are four other accused in the case, and the man in his 30s is among them. – The investigation against these others is not finished. And although the prosecution had wanted a simultaneous decision against all those charged in the case, that has not been possible. Two of the accused stay abroad, and we think it will take some time before they return to Norway, said state prosecutor Aud Kinsarvik Grav\u00e5s after the indictment against Matapour.
