Sindre Finnes will make a long statement on Tuesday evening after the share purchase case. He denies, among other things, having had access to inside information when the government closed the country due to corona. He writes: – I had no inside information that the government would announce possible corona restrictions on 10 September 2020, Finnes writes. He further writes that he spent much of the pandemic in his home office and had a lot of time that was used to conduct share trading. Regarding other deals that were made during the pandemic, he emphasizes that he had no knowledge of sensitive information about the oil tax package. Finnes and Norsk Industri\/NHO He also says that “at no time have I had access to rate-sensitive information through work, as my employer has confirmed in the media.” Finnes works in Norsk Industri, and has worked in NHO. Timing of trades In the statement, he says it is an impossible task to explain in detail individual transactions that go back several years. Several have also asked when the trades were made in such detail as the time, the overview to which he has access does not show that. – The lists I have do not show times before 2019, writes Finnes. Investment fraud Finnes writes that in 2004-2005 he was exposed to an investment fraud in that I was led to invest NOK 116,000 in a company that was initially based in Barcelona, \u200b\u200bbut which eventually moved to Switzerland. He was pretended that this money grew by me receiving information that showed a profit on the investment. – I made no further investments in the company, but eventually discovered that the company was listed on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s list of companies that engaged in investment fraud.
