In the period between 3 and 9 September 2020, Sindre Finnes bought 110,000 such certificates. On 10 September 2020, the government announced potentially stricter corona measures in the country. VG is not aware of what Finnes earned – or lost – on the trades during the period. Sindre Finnes has sent the following reply to the newspaper: “Thank you for the inquiry. As a result of the attention this case has received and the enormous media pressure, I am simply unable to function as normal now. This means that it may take time before you get answers to all your questions.
