All indications are that he will win overall.  The riders cycled 208 kilometers with a number of category 3 climbs.  It was won by the Dutchman Wout Poels (Bahrain Victorious).  The overall leaders reached the finish safely about ten minutes after the breakaway field and held their positions before tomorrow&#8217;s final stage.  Jumbo-Visma&#8217;s Kuss is thus very close to the biggest triumph of his career.  The race ends in Madrid with a flat stage of just over ten miles.
