The speed has been reduced to 70 km \/ h due to oil spills in the roadway.  The accident happened in the Hemtunnelen on E-18, southbound direction.  Emergency services were quickly on the scene.  Four vehicles and a total of nine people were involved in the accident, which took place inside the tunnel.  A family of four is taken to the emergency room by ambulance for a check-up.  &#8211; We are waiting for car salvage, and the police are investigating the incident, reports the operations manager in the Southeast police district.  A man in his fifties has had his driver&#8217;s license confiscated as a result of the accident.  Recommends detour There are many going south on Friday afternoon, and major traffic problems are expected as a result of the accident.  There was already a lot of traffic in the area when the accident happened.  Traffic operator at the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Andreas Larsen, recommends a detour if you are going south.
