According to people in the city, the boat must have been taken by a flood, an abrupt change of weather.  Suddenly the boat lay on its head, and one of the Germans was nowhere to be seen.  The police confirm that they have been notified of a devastating storm.  &#8211; We received a report that there was torrential rain and a lot of rain in the city, says operations leader Finn Harald Saltsk\u00e5r at M\u00f8re og Romsdal police district.  He says that one of the others is chilled, but otherwise in good shape.  Working to pick up a boat The three German tourists will be on board a smaller aluminum boat, and the police and the owners of the rental company are trying to pick up the boat from the sea.
