The boat in which the fire started is docked in a marina in Skjeberg.  Several other boats in the same wharf have been damaged.  &#8211; We are working hard with extinguishing work, says duty manager Ole Martin Isebakke at East 110 central.  The fire service has called in crews from both Sarpsborg and Halden.  &#8211; It is a high-energy fire with many different substances, says Isebakke.  The supervisor says the fire has spread to at least three boats in the marina.  Curious, please keep your distance. There is a lot of smoke in the area.  The police urge people to keep a safe distance.  &#8211; That smoke is not good to inhale, says operations manager Walle.
