He understands, and thinks it is good, that PST and the police are honest that there are parts of an environment they do not have full control over. – There is no 100 percent overview in Norway, which is a liberal democracy, says police director Benedicte Bj\u00f8rnland. – You can never give a 100 percent guarantee, says St\u00f8re. – My impression is that they have a good overview, but they follow a very complicated picture. It is not just a national picture, it is an international picture, says St\u00f8re. news has information that the police lack control over specific people in a specific environment. St\u00f8re believes that there are people with similar attitudes do not have to mean that a new attack is imminent. – It does not have to mean that they are imminent to commit criminal and horrific acts.
