The next of kin have been notified.  The accident happened in a 70-zone on Habornveien by \u00d8ra in Fredrikstad.  &#8211; The driver&#8217;s license of the lorry driver has been seized and he has been charged.  Among other things, technical examinations of the vehicle remain before we can conclude on the cause of the accident, says police chief constable Frode Th\u00f8ring to news.
