One of these is 18 and the rest are in their 20s, says police attorney Kristin Synn\u00f8ve Dr\u00e5gen to news.  They were arrested at a car outside the city center and are charged with bodily harm or complicity in this.  No one lives in Telemark.  The map shows the settlement Kviteseid in Vest-Telemark.  Made several seizures &#8211; The person&#8217;s condition was described as serious on Monday.  As of now, I do not have details about the condition, says Dr\u00e5gen. Photo: Maria Hee Furulund \/ news She says the police are trying to map the course of events and the background to the violence.  &#8211; Has a weapon been used?  &#8211; Several seizures have been made, but I cannot say anything more about it now, says Dr\u00e5gen.  The police state that they have investigated the crime scene.  The four who have been arrested will be questioned during Tuesday.
