The police are on the scene with large resources and are searching the area with dog patrol.  &#8211; There is reason to believe it has been planted, says Eikedalen.  So far, no one is suspected or arrested in the case.  The police want to contact witnesses.  Vestfold intermunicipal fire service is in the process of extinguishing the fire.  Open flames At 10 p.m. the fire service reports that they have got the fire under control.  &#8211; The facade fire has been put down, but it is still burning inside and the heat generation is so strong that the smoke divers are currently unable to get inside to check if there are people inside the building, says on-duty fire chief Tor-Atle Jakobsen.
