This is shown in a traffic report from the Norwegian Public Roads Administration.  There is a big queue at the site.  The area of \u200b\u200bKval\u00f8ysletta is among the most densely populated places in Troms\u00f8, and the Norwegian Road Administration continuously assesses the opening of the bridge depending on the wind conditions.
