This means that from today it will be easier to get a naud pass as long as you have booked your holiday trip before 1 June, or you will have one for someone under 18 years of age. These are the new emergency passport rules from 22.6: You can apply for an emergency passport if you have a trip booked by 1 June, and there are seven days or less until you have to travel. You must bring a travel booking. Children under the age of 18 can also apply if they have a trip booked after 1 June, if they are going to travel with close family in seven days or earlier.
