7 February 2023 at 19:48 Boy (15) died in a drowning accident A fifteen-year-old boy died in a drowning accident in a swimming pool in Modalen on Tuesday afternoon. The boy was flown to Haukeland University Hospital by air ambulance. – The person received life-saving first aid at the scene, said operations manager Eivind Hellesund in the West police district after the accident. There are said to have been no witnesses to the incident, but others discovered the boy at the bottom of the pool. The municipality has established a crisis team. The accident was reported at 16:20.
