At the Natural History Museum in Bergen, three objects are on display that attract extra attention. They date from the 13th century, and were found during the excavation of Bryggen in the 1950s. – These are materials we want to take extra good care of, says \u00c5shild Thorsen, curator at the University of Bergen. We see right from the Gulating Act onwards that there has been legislation that regulates this type of sexuality. This means that it existed and that someone challenged the legislation as it had to be regulated, says Widvey.
