Such a method of treatment is very unusual, he adds.  Yakunin is charged with having flown a drone in Norway.  It is banned for Russians because of the sanctions after the Ukraine war.  British-Russian Andrey Yakunin was acquitted by Nord-Troms and Senja District Court for having flown a drone in Svalbard in August and September.
