The S\u00f8r-\u00d6st police district writes on Twitter.  When the police arrived, it slammed in the southbound direction as well.  Traffic is in both directions.  At 15.06 the police report that the accidents are of a more extensive nature.  A total of 15 cars are involved.  Four people have been transported to the emergency department.  The fire service has also moved out and reports that it is slippery on the E18.
