It was on Saturday evening that a man in his 40s was found seriously injured in an apartment in L\u00f8vdahls gate in Stavanger. Shortly after, he was pronounced dead. Now a man and a woman are charged with murder or complicity in murder. – The two were arrested in a police operation approx. at 02:00 tonight, says police attorney Marita Hagen. On Sunday, the police went out at a press conference and said that a man in his 30s had been charged with the murder, but not arrested. He was wanted both nationally and internationally. The police state that they have been investigating the case with great resources over the weekend. Forensic technicians have been working at the place where the deceased was found. In addition, a number of questioning of witnesses and a general inquiry have been carried out. According to what news learns, the deceased must have been found in the accused’s apartment. He is said to have been subjected to serious violence. The apartment is located next to Eigane’s cemetery, a short walk from the center of Stavanger. Bent Endresen is a lawyer assisting the deceased.
