The police are now appealing the acquittal.  State prosecutor Asbj\u00f8rn Onarheim tells news.  &#8211; The police believe that the district court has made an incorrect assessment by acquitting, that the assessment has been too lenient, he says.  It is the Court of Appeal that must assess whether or not the appeal is admitted for consideration.  When the decision will be taken is uncertain, says Onarheim.
