To no one’s surprise, the US dominates by a wide margin the world ranking of countries according to the number of billionaires. The country hosts 924 people<\/strong> with a net worth of over a billion dollars, a figure that nearly doubles that of the second-ranked player. This concentration translates into an increase in joint wealth, as the sum of US fortunes reaches approximately 6.9 trillion dollars.<\/p>\n

China follows in second place with 470 billionaires<\/strong>. However, despite this concentration equating to nearly 50% of the US billionaires, their combined wealth stands at around 1.8 trillion dollars\u2014almost four times less than that of the US.<\/p>\n
