Following a court order, authorities, alongside Pharmacy Inspectors from the Andalusian Ministry of Health, searched the premises. Although the clinic appeared to be authorized, it failed to meet any legal requirements, lacking both necessary permits and proper credentials for the owner.<\/p>\n
During their investigation, authorities discovered that the clinic did not disclose its exact location to clients until they made an appointment. This practice raised further alarms about the legitimacy and trustworthiness of the establishment.<\/p>\n
The operation resulted in the sealing and closure of the clinic, with a substantial amount of medications and treatment equipment confiscated. The individual in charge has been arrested and now faces serious charges for crimes against public health and illegal practice.<\/p>\n

In February, another operation led by the Civil Guard and the Tax Agency dismantled a network that imported illegal health products from Korea, including Botox and hyaluronic acid. Officials have made it clear that none of the illegal medications seized had the required standards for traceability, quality, or conservation. As a result, there is no guarantee that the contents matched those listed on the labels, posing significant risks to patients.<\/p>\n
In light of these events, the Civil Guard often receives complaints from potential victims who have undergone treatments in such unauthorized clinics. Reports of severe consequences resulting from the application of these illicit substances by unqualified personnel have highlighted the urgent need for increased regulatory measures in aesthetic medicine.<\/p>\n
