The contrast is stark, as only the Valencian Community, Canary Islands, and the Basque Country have increased their number of beneficiaries.<\/p>\n

Investments in RMI programs have only increased in the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, the Valencian Community, and the Basque Country since 2020. Notably, the Canary Islands had a remarkable 139% increase in funding. However, regions like Madrid and Arag\u00f3n have drastically reduced their budgets, with cuts of 95% and 93%, respectively.<\/p>\n

The demographic profile of RMI recipients reveals that women constitute a majority, making up 60% of the beneficiaries. Meanwhile, 23.4% are individuals under 35 years old, and there are more than 87,000 minors in families receiving aid.
