While Venezuela possesses vast gas reserves, it lacks the necessary infrastructure for reliable delivery.<\/p>\n

Vera aptly summarized the situation, saying, \u201cEven if you say that ‘the tube is there’, the reality is that it does not have all the conditions to be an operational, consistent gas pipeline.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n
