The police write that smoke divers were deployed.  Between 100 and 150 residents from four floors are out of the block.  They are led into buses to keep warm.  No injuries or smoke inhalation have been reported.  The police state that they are working to find the source of the smoke.  They say residents who do not have smoke in their apartments can stay in their apartments and do not need to evacuate.  Update at 4am: The evacuees are being driven to the mosque at Skui, which has made its premises available.
