– Tryggingstenesta has revealed concrete plans to knock out parts of the Norwegian power grid. This is what Vigdis Gr\u00f8nhaug, assistant director of the National Insurance Agency (NSM) says at Energidagane to NVE on Thursday, Teknisk Ukeblad reports.
