In recent years, Samsung has left us clues about their vision for a triple folding device. During ‘Sid Display Week’ in 2021, Samsung showcased several prototypes, including a triple folding model. Later, in 2023, they revealed another triple folding prototype<\/a> at the Mobile World Congress.<\/p>\n

Weeks ago, a user on X shared three videos revealing animations about some of the device’s functions, showing that \u00a0the design may differ from expectations\u00a0.<\/p>\n

Unlike Huawei’s concept with the Mate XT Ultimate Design, which relies on a single expansive screen that folds in a \u00a0Z\u00a0 shape, Samsung’s triplegable will feature \u00a0two screens\u00a0: one external and a large internal display. When folding, one screen must close first, followed by the other. This design ensures that \u00a0the interior screen remains completely protected\u00a0, unlike Huawei’s exposed design.
