Another well-considered design feature is the camera module, which protrudes very little and is not merely an addition; it \u00a0is part of the same glass piece as the rest of the rear\u00a0, ensuring a seamless visual transition between these two parts.<\/p>\n

The display achieves a \u00a0sharpness of 460 ppi\u00a0 (greater than the Pro model) thanks to its 1.5K resolution (1256 x 2760 pixels), coupled with a \u00a0120 Hz adaptive refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1200 nits\u00a0, making the visual experience with the new Oppo exceedingly satisfactory. However, some drawbacks exist. We’ve noticed the viewing angles could improve, adding excessive warmth to the panel when viewed from an angle. Additionally, the standard brightness of 600 nits is slightly lower than some competing models in this segment.<\/p>\n

Additionally, we can manage whether to maintain the maximum panel resolution or switch the color mode of the display.<\/p>\n

A noteworthy point is the \u00a0touch panel’s responsiveness\u00a0, which remains perfect even with wet hands, proven during tests at the pool, where we navigated through the interface effortlessly.<\/p>\n

Under the display, a \u00a0built-in fingerprint reader\u00a0 is present, which is quick and reliable, much like the facial recognition feature. Moreover, there\u2019s also an IR sensor for remote control usage.<\/p>\n

In terms of audio, the device features \u00a0dual stereo speakers\u00a0; however, there\u2019s a noticeable predominance of the bottom speaker, which serves exclusive audio purposes. The sound is powerful, with strong mids and impressive balance across other frequencies, although a bit more immersive sound would be beneficial.<\/p>\n

In addition to the stereo speakers, music can be streamed wirelessly via Bluetooth 5.4. However, those expecting a 3.5 mm headphone jack will be disappointed; it is not present. Wi-Fi 6 is included.<\/p>\n

Performance and Battery: A Marvel with 6,000 mAh<\/h2>\n

Oppo makes an intriguing choice with the Reno14 5G by integrating the \u00a0MediaTek Dimensity 8350\u00a0, the same chip used in the previous generation. Notably, this was just launched a few months prior in the \u00a0Reno13\u00a0 series. It’s hardly a cause for concern, especially within the competitive mid-range segment.<\/p>\n

In day-to-day usage with the Oppo Reno14 5G\u2014be it for browsing, using the photo\/video camera, gaming, or streaming content\u2014it delivers \u00a0maximum fluidity\u00a0 thanks to both the processor’s power and the good optimization of the ColorOS overlay on Android 15.<\/p>\n
