He expressed gratitude towards all present, including Traditional and Snail Medicine practitioners<\/b> who led the ceremony. He also acknowledged the other ministers set to guide the judiciary over the forthcoming nine years, particularly mentioning Ar\u00edstides Rodrigo Guerrero, who was unable to attend due to health issues.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Virginia Flores Flores<\/b>, a traditional authority from the O’Dam Indigenous community of Xoconostle, Durango, ceremoniously delivered the command baton to minister Irving Espinoza Betanzo.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

“For us, this baton signifies justice, guidance, dialogue, and most importantly, service to our communities. We wish you great success in your new responsibilities,” Flores Flores remarked.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
