The police state that they are working on a recommendation to the state attorney whether the case should be dropped or whether charges should be brought.  Tina J\u00f8rgensen was found murdered on 26 October 2000 in a drainage basin in the car park at Bore church in J\u00e6ren.  Two days had passed since the 20-year-old disappeared without a trace after being out on the town with his girlfriend.  The Karm\u00f8y man who is charged with the murder of Tina J\u00f8rgensen is also charged with the murder of Birgitte Tengs.  That case is now on the table of the Attorney General, who is expected to make a decision on whether charges should be brought in the Tengs case shortly.
