The Spanish \u00a0streamer\u00a0, who prepares to face Westcol in a boxing fight on July 26, 2025, at the \u00a0Cartuja stadium\u00a0 in Seville, Spain, \u00a0accepted the challenge\u00a0 of his followers to conquer one of the most notable places in the Colombian capital.<\/p>\n

During his series “20 countries around the world for the 20 million subscribers,” he documented his experience in a video that quickly caught the attention of his millions of followers.<\/p>\n

The challenge consisted of climbing Monserrate<\/b>, a mountain that rises to 3,152 meters above sea level and represents a demanding \u00a0physical test\u00a0, especially for those not accustomed to the altitude of Bogot\u00e1.<\/p>\n

The route, approximately 2.28 kilometers with an elevation gain of between 500 and 600 meters, starts about 2,700 meters and culminates at the top, where the \u00a0Basilica of the Fallen Lord\u00a0 is located.<\/p>\n

Thegrefg, known for his competitive spirit<\/b>, set out to overcome the average ascent time, which, according to local police, is around 35 minutes.<\/p>\n

Before the climb, Thegrefg took the opportunity to explore other cities like \u00a0Huila\u00a0, \u00a0Cali\u00a0, and \u00a0Medell\u00edn\u00a0, where he tried what he described as “the \u00a0best coffee\u00a0 in the world” and met notable figures like \u00a0Carlos Alberto D\u00edaz\u00a0, known as “El Borrego.”<\/p>\n

In his video, Thegrefg described Colombia as “one of the most beautiful countries”<\/b>, expressing gratitude for the content he was able to create during his visit, while praising the warmth of its people and the diversity of its landscapes.<\/p>\n

Arriving in Bogot\u00e1, Thegrefg prepared for the ascent to Monserrate, receiving local advice such as breathing through the nose and exhaling through the mouth to mitigate altitude effects.<\/p>\n

A nasal band was secured to assist with breathing. Although he started energetically, he soon noticed the difficulty of the slope and numerous steps. “The detail that adds complexity to the challenge is that everything is very steep, making it difficult to increase speed,” he explained during the recording.<\/p>\n

Along the way, the streamer was recognized by various visitors<\/b>, who offered words of encouragement while joking about his fight with Westcol in “The Evening of Year V”, an event organized by \u00a0Ibai Llanos\u00a0 that is expected to attract over 70,000 spectators in Seville.<\/p>\n

With an average heart rate of 169 beats per minute, Thegrefg alternated between walking and running, determined to beat the reference time. “I want to see how long it takes me to get up. They know I’m competitive and will give my all,” he told his followers.<\/p>\n

The ascent was not devoid of challenges.<\/b> Thegrefg noted that in the last sections he felt breathless, though he was able to recuperate through previously gained experiences. “Incredible how many people are ascending on a Monday at 10 in the morning,” he remarked, surprised by the turnout even during workdays.<\/p>\n

The humid rocks added another layer of challenge, potentially making the path slippery. Ultimately, after an impressive 31 minutes and 40 seconds, Thegrefg reached the top of Monserrate<\/b>, surpassing the average time cited by local authorities and coming within minutes of an athlete’s record, who completed the journey in under 30 minutes.<\/p>\n

“The time we took to get to Monserrate, while recording as you have seen, has been exactly 31 minutes and 40 seconds,” he proudly stated in front of the camera.<\/p>\n

Upon reaching the summit, initially shrouded in dense fog, a stunning panoramic view of Bogot\u00e1 emerged as the weather cleared, which Thegrefg described as “beautiful.”<\/p>\n

At the summit, Thegrefg seized the moment to purchase Colombia-themed apparel, take photos with fans, and visit the church, bidding farewell to the country with a heart full of gratitude.<\/b> \u201cI feel grateful to be here in Monserrate and to be able to share this video in Bogot\u00e1 (…) not just saying goodbye to this video, but to a country,\u201d he reflected at the conclusion of his adventure.<\/p>\n
