Initial reports indicate he is still hospitalized but is not in critical condition; he will later be transferred to the \u00a025th Police Station\u00a0 in the city.<\/p>\n

Further examinations revealed the minor had a wound in the \u00a0right scapula\u00a0, which the medical staff deemed not severe. The minor stated that he possessed permission for \u00a0gun ownership\u00a0, although checks confirmed that his authorization was not currently valid.<\/p>\n
