The diver has been missing since 2.30 p.m.  This is what rescue manager Edvard Middelthon at the main rescue center tells Adresseavisen.  The fire service must also be in place.  They contribute with boats and crew.  &#8211; It is someone who has been with the person in question who notified the police, says operations manager Anne Birgitte Arras to VG.
