A \u00a0devastating fire\u00a0 broke out in a \u00a013-storey\u00a0 residential building located in Rojava Site, \u00a0F\u0131rat Neighborhood\u00a0, on \u00a0566 Street\u00a0 in the central district of \u00a0Kayap\u0131nar\u00a0, Diyarbak\u0131r. As \u00a0thick smoke\u00a0 engulfed the building, residents were evacuated. Some individuals were rescued using a \u00a0basket crane\u00a0 due to the hazardous conditions. A total of \u00a017 individuals\u00a0, including children, were transported to local hospitals after being affected by the smoke. Unfortunately, four of them later succumbed to their injuries.<\/p>\n\n \n\n

Diyarbak\u0131r Province Governor \u00a0Murat Zorluo\u011flu\u00a0 visited the injured at \u00a0Gazi Ya\u015fargil Training and Research Hospital\u00a0. In a statement to reporters outside the hospital, he expressed his condolences, stating that a tragic incident occurred just before the \u00a0Eid al-Adha\u00a0 celebrations, leading to the loss of four citizens’ lives.<\/p>\n\n
