Members of the \u00a0Justice and Development Party (AKP)\u00a0 expressed that, <strong>\u201cThere are numerous grievances regarding smart drugs. The state does not cover the costs. Citizens are forced to seek reimbursement through courts, a process that can take at least two years. They may only receive their money back with a court decision.
