Eyewitness Helios described the scene upon arrival: \u201cWhen I got here, it was like \u00a0Chernobyl\u00a0!\u201d The impact occurred around \u00a04:10 AM\u00a0 when the Mercedes, reportedly running a red light, struck a \u00a0night bus\u00a0 from the TBM network.
