Die AfD soll ihre Bundesgesch\u00e4ftsstelle in Berlin-Reinickendorf r\u00e4umen. Die Vermieterin hat eine entsprechende R\u00e4umungsklage vor Gericht eingereicht. Ausl\u00f6ser ist eine Party nach der Bundestagswahl im Februar.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Am Landgericht Berlin ist eine R\u00e4umungsklage gegen den Bundesverband der AfD eingegangen. Wie das Gericht am Mittwochmorgen mitteilte, will die Vermieterin erreichen, dass Mietvertr\u00e4ge mit der in Teilen rechtsextremen Partei f\u00fcr ein B\u00fcrogeb\u00e4ude im Bezirk Reinickendorf aufgehoben werden. Die Vertr\u00e4ge seien bereits fristlos gek\u00fcndigt worden, hie\u00df es.<\/p>\n

Ausl\u00f6ser war Party nach Bundestagswahl<\/h2>\n

Grund f\u00fcr die Klage sind Ereignisse rund um eine Party der Partei nach der Bundestagswahl Ende Februar<\/a>. Laut der Klage seien stundenlang Zug\u00e4nge zu dem Geb\u00e4ude versperrt gewesen, so dass andere Mieter nicht in das Geb\u00e4ude gelangen konnten. Zudem sei unerlaubt der Innenhof von der AfD besetzt. Auch habe die Partei ihr Logo an die Fassade projiziert, was die Vermieterin zuvor explizit untersagt hatte [taz.de]<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Die Kl\u00e4gerin halte eine Fortsetzung des Mietverh\u00e4ltnisses f\u00fcr unzumutbar. Mehrere Medien hatten bereits Ende April \u00fcber die Klage berichtet. Insgesamt gehe es um drei Mitvertr\u00e4ge, die zwischen Partei und Vermieterin geschlossen wurden. Ob darin auch die B\u00fcrofl\u00e4chen des Landesverbands betroffen w\u00e4ren, konnte das Gericht nicht sagen.<\/p>\n

Hochstufung und Stillschweigen<\/h2>\n

Anfang Mai wurde die gesamte Partei vom Bundesamt f\u00fcr Verfassungsschutz als “gesichert rechtsextremistische Bestrebung” eingestuft. Die AfD versucht dies juristisch zu verhindern und hat einen entsprechenden Eilantrag angestrengt. Eine offizielle Hochstufung des extremistischen Potentials der Partei ist damit vorerst ausgesetzt. Auch der Brandenburger Verfassungsschutz hatte die AfD k\u00fcrzlich zun\u00e4chst hochgestuft, dies wegen einer Klage der Landespartei aber ebenso vorerst ausgesetzt<\/a>.<\/p>\n
