Two weeks ago, the prosecutor filed a claim that the man had to be sentenced to compulsory mental health care for the murder in May, the desecration of the body and the violence against a nurse three months before the murder. Domfelte’s defender Kolbj\u00f8rn Lium has argued that the man must be acquitted because he is not sane and that he must receive treatment. The defender has also said in court that he believes the healthcare system has failed in the treatment of the man.
