This marks the largest investment announcement since the inception of the summit, according to President **Emmanuel Macron**.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph\">In an interview with various regional press outlets, including **Ouest-France**, Macron mentioned, &#8220;<em>There will be more than fifty ads, and we will take the course of 20 billion euros<\/em>&#8220;. This follows last year&#8217;s announcement of 15 billion euros in projects.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph\">More than **200 global business leaders** are expected to gather on Monday in **Versailles**, near Paris, for this significant economic event. It serves as a platform for these leaders to meet their peers and interact with French government members, including the head of state, to discuss potential **investment projects in France**.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"article__sub-title\"> &#8220;Accelerate Simplifications at the National and European Level&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph\">Since the summit&#8217;s inception, a total of **178 projects** have been announced, with only eleven being dropped, according to President Macron. In 2024, France was classified as the most **attractive country** for foreign investments, recording **1,025 projects**. However, it still lags behind Spain and Germany concerning the number of jobs created per project.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph\"><em>&#8220;We excel in research and development but have fewer job-intensive activities,&#8221;<\/em> Macron remarked. Despite this, innovation remains a stronghold for France.
