It was also placed under the status of **assisted witness** for two other **\u201cInvoluntary homicides\u201d** and for **\u201cUnintentional injuries.\u201d**<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph\">Deposits are liable to a fine that can rise **\u201cUp to 10% of turnover\u201d** of the company, the Besan\u00e7on prosecutor, **Etienne Manteaux**, said last April.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph\">**\u201cGoodyear France will bring its full cooperation within the framework of this instruction,\u201d** assured a multinational spokesperson.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"article__sub-title\">Three Fatal Collision Files<\/h2>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph\">On Tuesday, the **investigating judge** had already proceeded to indicate the **SAS Goodyear Operations**, the entity suspected of having produced the tires, for all the chiefs. **\u201cThe two companies dispute the facts alleged against them.
