After Selena\u2019s family severed ties with Saldivar due to the financial misconduct, Saldivar was convicted of purchasing a gun and fatally shooting Selena. This horrific event profoundly impacted the Latino community, and Selena&#8217;s musical legacy continues to resonate, remaining extremely popular to this day.\n    <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto\">\n        Beyond Suzette Quintanilla, the project was executive produced by their brother AB Quintanilla III and Michele Anthony.
