The Ministry has sent out a message to Norwegian citizens who have registered in Portugal and Spain, with information that they can contact the UD&#8217;s operational center if they do not come through to the embassies in Madrid and Lisbon. &#8211; Norwegian citizens in Portugal and Spain should follow the advice of local authorities in this situation, Rongved urges.
