British Prime Minister Keir Starmer is organizing a videoconferencing summit in London on Saturday with some 25 leaders ready to help peacekeeping in Ukraine in the event of a ceasefire with Russia. Several European countries, as well as Ukraine, NATO, the European Commission, Canada and Australia must take part in this meeting in the morning, to specify the contours of a coalition of voluntary countries to “Support a fair and lasting peace”<\/em> In Ukraine, according to a Downing Street press release.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n The United States claimed a truce as quickly as possible and has exerted considerable pressure on the Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelensky, who finally accepted Tuesday a cessation of the thirty-day hostilities insofar as Russia would also bend.
